Quotes and services
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. The scope, price, timescales and payment terms for each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these general terms.
Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on completion or in agreed stages. Monthly services are billed in advance.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, feedback and approvals in good time, and confirm that any material you supply does not infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
Once a project has been paid in full, ownership of the final website design and bespoke artwork transfers to you. Third-party software, themes, fonts, plugins and stock imagery remain subject to their own licences.
Search rankings and results
We use recognised best practice for SEO and marketing, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
